Announcing Our $2M Fundraise Led by B Capital
to accelerate our mission to reinvent employee relocation with the world’s first full-stack AI relocation platform.
I’m excited to announce that we’ve raised $2M led by B Capital with participation from Gold House Ventures and strategic executives from Meta, BCGI, Roblox and Farallon Capital.
This milestone accelerates our mission to reinvent employee relocation with the world’s first full-stack AI relocation platform.
Why We Exist
With the pandemic in the rearview, companies have rapidly shifted back towards in-person teams to foster collaboration. Many are recruiting talent globally and bringing the brightest minds to hubs like San Francisco and New York City. But while hiring moves at breakneck speed, employee relocation is often treated as an afterthought despite being a critical factor in a new hire’s success.
The relocation industry hasn’t kept pace. It remains slow, expensive, and fragmented, dominated by legacy providers running labor-intensive, outdated systems. Large enterprises can spend up to $100M a year on employee mobility — the need for a streamlined, tech-first solution has never been greater.
At Gullie, we believe relocation should spark excitement instead of stress, because moving is a pivotal moment in someone’s life. That’s why we’re building the first agentic platform to plan and execute end-to-end relocations, delivering white-glove experiences with clarity, speed, and care.
How We Got Here
I started Gullie with a simple mission: to make it easier for people to seamlessly move to their dream city, for their dream job. Three years ago, I taught myself to code to build the product I wish existed when I moved to London for an accelerator program.
Between getting caught in border control, having banking hiccups, and starting a company, I realized how many inefficiencies there were throughout the process.
Since then, I’ve spent hundreds of hours with industry leaders and customers, and heard the same challenges over and over again, validating the need for a better solution:
Lack of clarity. A single move often involves 10+ stakeholders and vendors across multiple countries. Processes are fragmented, miscommunications are frequent, and employees often end up frustrated.
More choice ≠ better. Relocation isn’t about giving massive budgets and overwhelming employees with options. The real luxury is simplicity and getting a personalized move that removes decision fatigue.
Existing solutions are crafted around executive relocation packages –- high-touch, bespoke experiences fully executed by humans.
For most employees, these tailored services are unavailable, leaving them with fragmented processes and limited support. With AI today, Gullie enables affordable, curated, white-glove experiences at scale.
Why AI in Relocation
We’re introducing AI into relocation for two reasons:
Relocation is an optimization problem. Moving a family means juggling time, budget, tax, compliance, and vendor availability all at once. Generating consistently reliable plans under these constraints is best solved by AI. But we don’t stop there. Our AI agents handle execution end-to-end: coordinating vendors, booking services, drafting and sending emails, summarizing next steps, proactively guiding employees through complex tasks, processing payments, and even handling children’s school enrollment.
We’re AI-native. Instead of legacy professional services, Gullie takes a product-first approach built on a new paradigm we call Conversation-as-a-Database (CaaD). As employees communicate with our AI agent, their speech is transformed into structured data and used as the context to create interactive components.
AI allows us to introduce operational efficiency throughout the vertical, so we can deliver a simpler, more affordable and consistently higher quality experience at scale.
What’s Next
This funding round will help us scale in two areas, including:
Product expansion – Ability to build even more infrastructure and capacity to serve enterprise relocation programs beyond the startups who are scaling aggressively.
Team growth – We’re hiring across engineering and operations to elevate our agentic platform performance and deliver world-class customer experience. If you’re excited about redefining global mobility, come build with us.
To date, we’ve gained strong traction with early customers, many of whom are leveraging AI in ways that mirror our own vision at Gullie. We’ve supported talent from all over the world — from Korea to London, Singapore, and Milan, all of whom are moving to San Francisco to build in person.
We believe that everyone deserves a great moving experience, because relocation is the start of an exciting new chapter. We’re just getting started and are excited to embark on this next chapter alongside our investors and partners.
Thank You
